Architectural design and precision engineering combine to produce a bold appearance and superior performance.
Heavy-duty vandal resistant luminaire for use in public areas that are subject to high levels of abuse and vandalism. Moisture resistant for indirect weather and liquid spray. UL damp location listed.
Extruded aluminum housing, die-cast aluminum end caps, and an unbreakable polycarbonate diffuser are the outer components, which protect the luminaire.

Specification Information:

Application:

Schools, public housing complexes, and parking garages. Use in hospitals, police precincts, recreation facilities, and all medium to maximum-security locations.

Modules:

Luminaire lengths of 2Ft and 4Ft. One, two, or three-lamp cross sections.

T5 Lamps:

14W-T5 or 24W-HO-T5 2Ft. lamps, 28W-T5 or 54W-HO-T5 4Ft. lamps.

T8 Lamps:

17W-T8 2Ft. lamps, 32W-T8 4Ft. lamps. Other T8 lamps on request.

DIffuser:

Fabricated from unbreakable white polycarbonate plastic material in a .156” thickness. Inside linear rib prisms for optimal light control. Smooth outside surface resists dirt accumulation and cleans easily.

Tamper proofing:

Each diffuser is secured by four Torx-Head stainless steel screws along the sides of the diffuser and by the overlapping end caps.

Housings:

Heavy-duty extruded aluminum housing. Die-cast aluminum end caps. Die formed cold rolled steel internal reflector/wire way cover. All finished with a matte white polyester powder coating that produces a reflectivity of 90% or greater. Housing and end caps are fully gasketed along edges that meet with diffuser.

Ballasts T5:

Electronic programmed start, normal light output, high power factor, THD less than 10%. Up to 2-lamps per 24W-HO-T5 or 28W-T5 ballast. Up to 3-lamps per 14W-T5 or 54W-HO-T5 ballast. Most ballast/lamp combinations have zero degree F low temperature starting. When critical specify low temp.

Electronic instant start, high power factor, THD less that 10%. Optional programmed rapid start. Low ballast factor (.78bf), normal ballast factor (.88bf), or high ballast factor (1.20bf) as specified. Up to 3-lamps per ballast is standard. Voltage:

Multi-volt operates a range from 120V-277V, 50HZ-60HZ.

Emergency battery backup:

Integrated packs range from 500 up to 2000 lumen output. Varies with lamp type.

Installations:

Mount individually or continuously. Housing has back knockouts and mounting holes. End caps have internal knockouts which are not visible on the outside, for surface conduit entry or for continuous mounting.

Listing:

UL and CUL listed 1598 and bears a UL damp location label. Union made and labeled.
